STAMPING

600 ton press

Inland Tool Company offers a variety of stamping services ranging from large progressive stampings to smaller progressive parts to various transfer lines comprised of tandem or line dies.

Where appropriate electronic die protection or in die part and/or scrap ejection sensors are incorporated into the tooling. This protects against die crashes and ensures part consistency.

Our 28 presses range in size from small OBI’s to large 800 ton straightside presses.

In 2000 we greatly expanded our stamping and welding and assembly capability by building a new 40,000 sq. ft state of the art stamping facility. This new facility allowed us to greatly expand our larger press and process capabilities. We added 11 stamping presses and support equipment. This support equipment includes a material feeding capability of over 3/8" thickness and a 10 ton overhead crane to better handle larger steel coils.

During this expansion we added two complete transfer/tandem lines. We also added more robotic arc welding capability and six additional projection and spot welders. In August 2007 we expanded our stamping facility by an additional 5300 sq. ft. New 36” and 24” servo feedlines were also added in 2007.

In 2010 Inland Tool Company further expanded its capability with a new 20,000 sq. ft. addition to its production facility. The full service tool room was moved into this addition also. A 500T Niagara 108” x 60” press was added in 2010 to expand our stamping capacity.

Thus, the production facility is now over 65,000 sq. ft. with approximately 80,000 sq. ft. in total space of combined production and storage space.

These expansions also mean that we are aggressively looking to add sales to absorb part of the new capacity. That means opportunity for you.
